How can I beat 4 2 3 1 S.O.S man marking ?

@telmo-miranda i use 4-5-1 shoot on sight when i find myself in this situation with the following tactics:

Attackers: help midfield || Midfield: neutral ||Defenders: defend deep (stay back)
press: 38 % || style: 30 % || tempo: 71%.

tackling depends on the ref, when its red or very close to red i put normal (or even cautious when playing a pc /weak opponent) but other than that i play agressive (especially important games i take slightly more risk but still dont want it to cost me the game by getting a red card)

the 2 most forward midfielder spots should be for your attacking midfielders, in the back 3 if possible defensive midfielders or balanced midfielders. the specialist are setup like this for me; Captain: oldest and best defender in your lineup || Penalty's: The striker || Free kicks: best (attacking) midfielder, i prefer an attacking MF but if one of your defensive midfielders is way better choose that one || corners: defensive midfielder with the highest defending rating.

Correct me if i'm wrong but you will not counter his trainingscamp right? If its a really important game reconsider this maybe. what is his stadium lvl (how much home advantage in %)?

he plays 4-4-2A Counter attack, zonal def and no offside. should i go 4-3-3B / 3-4-3B or 4-5-1 against this?
