Please do not lock my post. It is not just my opinion. I clearly mentioned that one of admins (probably yourself) said that "we want our managers feel like they are managing a real team""this is a game and not real life" >>> Answer: I just pasted a quote. Hold on to your words. Either you want the managers to feel like they are the manager of a real team or you don't.

We chose to play OSM because we wanted to be part of something realistic. If you want to be like other soccer games, then what is the purpose of playing this one???
