Hello i want to ask to change my acc in your app,cause i took my brothers phone and he already had acc on his phone so i want to change it to my only one its just we are on same house and ip addres thats why i suppose u dont allow me to log on my real acc.So please if its possible make it happen cheers.

Yes, this is correct, contact staff by mail. Explain them the problem, and include manager name, they will be able to assists you..
