Available of 12 days?

I have been playing this game for about a week
I noticed that there is something in the top right corner and says "available in 12 days". (The number of days changes after every day")Please Let me know!

in the top right corner is the Crew option and will be available after 12 days and you will have the opportunity to create your own Crew.
