BUGS ON RECEIVING MONEY ON TRANSFERS

Hi there osm community! Today I have had a problem on receiving money from a transfer. Let me explain the situation:
I had about 3.5million on my account on a Spanish Laliga (I am playing with Deportivo Alavés) and then sold koulibally 90ovr for 30.5million and received that money. But after, I sold Dele Alli for 46.7 and immediately received that amount but the 30.5million of selling koulibally disappeared.
Is there any solution? Thanks a lot and I hope we can solve this problem because I really like this game and also there's a player who I'd like to buy quickly...
