As of today you will be placed in a Division based on the number of Manager Points you have.

Which Manager Points? Can you explain please?
All 4 slots were taken into account? Or only the slot with most manager points? Or how... ?
I just can't figure it out.

@MenagerBL Agreed, I cant understand it as well, and I see little logic in this. Because I think they only took one slot into account and now all slots are adding the same to the total points every day. If it works that way all 4 slots should've been taken into account while calculating "starting points".

Just give it some time and you'll find out that medals will be more balanced and according to the manager level/skills.

Yesterday before simulations start, 'initial' medals were calculated based on the best ranked slot.
Due to the fact that lots of managers finished seasons yesterday, they had an huge boost on their medals because end of season bonus can be really big (more than 30k medals in some cases)

Then, if it's really so easy to collect medals don't understand why number of medals for each Division is set so low. Don't see a point of implementing something that everyone can achieve so easy and where all managers will be OSM ''Legends'' after 2 months. I would make it more challenging, for example 10.000.000 medals for last ''Legend division'', but it is what it is. Anyway, thanks for the answer.

@MenagerBL Absoultely ridiculous. Its like they are trying with update after update to undermine all the "hardwork" we the long time customers have done and delete all our achievements and success...

And yeah, in like a year everyone who play seriously will be Div 10 - Legend. I really dont see a point in all this considering you get around 40k medals for some leagues...

Sadly I think it will just increase the situations of "boosting points" where people have bot accounts in their leagues and boosting their MP's with imaginary opponents. Sadly I dont see how manager level / skill will have any corelation here with these funny medals. 40k per league is just too much, the bar had to be set at around 10k ma per league.. but oh well, lets give it a shot, nothing else we can do anyway sadly.

GB don’t care about long serving managers, never have mate. They only want Boss Coin spend. How GB and staff dealt with classic battles shows this.

Someone who plays 4 accounts will be higher rated, just got to deal with it or ignore. Something that encourages BC spend will always take priority over a few people on the forums with common sense

Why do managers need to play 4 accounts if they have done World Domination? Once I’ve done it I won’t play 4 accounts unless competitive leagues. 4 main accounts and easy leagues don’t interest me one little bit. Ranking is flawed and always has and will be.

So people that haven’t done WD will be higher ranked

I've been around for too long not to know all of this. Still, from time to time I have to post a rant even though I understand that it wont change anything, just so I can have a clear conscience. Because in real life the thing I hate the most is when people think that something is bad, but they are too afraid to speak up and try and make a change, no matter how unrealistic the effect of a small group is. Pure silence never has, and never will help that something bad changes towards a better way.

I hear you, I’ve been playing since beginning of 2013 and I know you have a lot longer. I always speak up but it’s pointless without feedback. They see people like me and you as toxic managers when in reality we know the game inside out and willing to speak up if we think something is a poor decision. I can live with this ranking, doesn’t bother me at all in the slightest tbh.

People that are higher ranked will be a worse player than me, on the other hand people who are lower ranked will be better than me too.

I’d like competitions and cups against strong, active and competitive managers but we have FMS and app battles. That’s itId help with this but no feedback ever so no point.

Don’t get me wrong FMS is good, but one manager per crew every month or two isn’t enough

Yes and No... Managers in low divisions will grant you less medals, also if you lose against a low division manager, the amount of medals you lose is way bigger.

It won't be that easy to get 40k per leagie as end of season bonus, but if you're an active manager playing in a league from the start with active managers... it's possible.

This is not true. OSM has around 1,5M daily active players and we try to please the majority, not just one category... Unfortunately for old school managers, new managers don't see OSM same way as them...

As long as you do it politely and explain why you rant, all the rants are welcome and listen, and... once in a while they work for the 'ranter side' and things change

This is not true. As on above comment, if you maintain respect, be polite and when users act in a way a debate/discussion is possible, you get proper feedback from our side!

I don't like the new ranking. I would like to choose my own leagues when it comes to manager level. Most of the time this is:

Main account more active league (but playable while logging in once per day); subaccounts less active leagues. This means I would play main account on my own level, but subaccounts 2 levels below my own level in the new system.
Less active leagues in winter time, a little more active leagues during summer time (except when on holiday)

I hope I can still choose on which servers and on which level I want to play. Otherwise I will consider to play bad on purpose on subaccounts to prevent that my main account can only play in difficult leagues.

hello I have a suggestion
it would have been great to have the same individual ranking system as for battles! Let me explain: a system of divisions in which you can register for a short championship (6 or 8 teams) whose destination is defined by GB and changes every two weeks, with a pre-season day and without a cup. And where one faces opponents of his division; this would have allowed to progress in a healthy way in the divisions, all in full championships ... Frankly it would be great ... the idea of these divisions is great but the achievement much less for the moment
