This issue was due to the fact that you tried buying one player on web and another on app at the same time with your club fund.
This won't be possible if you were trying to do it on the app or the web one after the other since after first transfer there won't be enough funds to buy the second player. You had enough funds to buy either of the two players (Niguez or Koke) so when you tried doing it on both web and app it seems possible but when action was sent to server, engine accepted the purchase of Niguez and rejected Koke.
No issue here, so nothing to fix!
