Sorry my friend, but this is an odd question. According to the rules of FIFA there are five penalties first. If there is a draw in the penalties, it goes untill when one keeper saves a penalty while other misses in any round.

Yes, it seems odd but you can always use your lawyer to reduce the penalty...and why separate tournaments from other 8 or 10 teams leagues??? should the penalties been reduced there too??? -

I already used the lawyer. The penalty was reduced to 4 matches.The lawyer was really effective lol. My player will return in the semifinals. So he doesn't need to return
