Haven't been on for a while, but are there any fantasy leagues without transfers? (since that obviously defeats the whole purpose of it)
If not, i'd be happy to create one if there are people wanting to join.

This championship will take place in the fantasy league 100. It will be a purely tactical championship. We still have a place for a guest who is interested in playing.
Rules and regulations:
- budget of 100 M to build up its workforce
- transfers deactivated
- Timers, compensations, closed-door games and training courses deactivated
- friendlies allowed (preferably not abused)
