Insults at OSM

We find it very very questionable that managers who have insulted other managers for no reason and in the worst way can continue to play OSM. And despite reporting to support, including a chat screenshot, the manager was not banned.
One of our managers was violently insulted after a battle victory and nothing was done about it. There should be no tolerance for certain things from our point of view.
Those responsible should seriously consider handling such things differently in the future!

It has happened to me in the past and nothing has been done
They should be banned even instantly, as this does not promote sportsmanship

Insulting is and will never been accepted to this game... i find it difficult to believe that some manager reported for insulting other manager and don't get banned...maybe is banned from the forums, maybe is banned for certain days,maybe our staff members need some time to check the reports, but mangers that insult others, will never be left without ban....
