Lost control of a crew because of the inactive crew captain.

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to you on behalf of the crew "AA3 - ID: 163739".
Unfortunately, we are currently facing a problem with our crew leader "fclear" (userID: 767905309), as he is inactive and we therefore have no control over our crew.
By using the search-function i found the "Group leader inactive"- Theme and readed it.So, "fclear" is not the founder of the crew,
we support each other in our crews by rotating members between crews to allow for promotion and demotion like in a league.This fosters their ambition and strengthens motivation to improve. This is how we managed to reach the top 100 crews in the world and rank 2 among German-speaking crews (we maintain our own leaderboard, thanks to the crew "SGE").
In addition, this method also encourages players to not say goodbye to OSM too soon and to remain active players.Even crew leaders rotate at times. Unfortunately, this time it's a bit of an unlucky situation, so I am reaching out to support today.
We would like to appoint the player "Don Phil" (userID: 759564591) as our new crew leader in AA3, as he is still in this Crew and he is active and shows great dedication in our community.
As the crew leader of our main crew "AA1 - ID:75121", I am asking for your support in this matter.
As part of the German-speaking community, which includes our main crew "AA1 - ID:75121" and the crews of "SGE - ID: 25286" as well as over 30 other German-speaking crews, we have made significant progress in the past.
This includes the significant progress of AA3. We do not want to lose this progress and want to continue playing in our own crew.
Unfortunately, we were forced to divide some members among our other crews, which also resulted in us losing some members.
Therefore, we urgently need your help and support to appoint "Don Phil" as the new crew leader so that we can continue in our own crew.
I believe some parties will also speak up about this matter.In this case, helping us would not take away progress from anyone, but only bring back the progress that has been achieved.

It would be a real pity if the many hard work of recent years for our friends from the AdlerAllianz crew would have been in vain! We, SG Eintracht Frankfurt, wish for our friends very much that with the help of the OSM responsible persons, there will be a satisfactory solution, and the crew will be "transferred" to Don Phil.
Our crews, their crews and other top German crews, we are all in constant exchange with each other and I can assure you that the AA crews responsible do an outstanding job, are absolutely trustworthy, conscientious and honest.

I am writing to you because the AdlerAllianz has a problem with their third crew. I have learned that the AdlerAllianz can no longer play Battle or invite new managers to their crew because the crew boss stopped playing OSM overnight without handing over control of the crew to someone else.
I understand that it is difficult to find a solution to this situation. However, it would be a great pity if you cannot successfully conclude this case, because all this hard and long work would be lost.

Sorry, but these are things we don't do.
Someone created the crew and paid for it. All the actions/changes made after were by users. Their own choice decision.
If they chose to hand crew to someone not trustable... their choice not ours.
We just can't 'steal' a crew from someone and hand it to a different user!
