Possibilities of Improvement

    Hi Dev Team,

    I have been playing this for few months now and can honestly say that I am engrossed with it.
    the best thing about osm is its simplicity and the huge number of tournaments that is available.
    but still the playability of this game can be boosted tremendously.

    Below are some suggestions. Which I believe can make this game to be more challenging.

    Enable manager interaction during half time. ability to change tactics or substitute players. this feature will be an added advantage over the other manager who is not present during the match.

    Revamp on Midfielders attributes, most of the time the midfielders have high numbers of att and def, which should not be the case. eg. an attacking midfielder should have a high attacking attribute as compared to a Defensive midfielder. an attacking midfielder should have a much lower def, not like 100 att and 95 def

    Create more wingers and fullback players in the transfer list. certainly, lacking such players.

    Exercise true transfer window. i.e all buying/selling players will be paused for a certain period. this will be an advantage over other managers who is not active before the transfer window.

    Buying in the transfer list window should enable a negotiation window, so managers can buy players on discount.

    More trainings feature for the whole team.
    Upgrade scout capability
    enhance capabilities on the players

    Hi John.

    Sorry to disillusion you, but you are new at this game and so still very naive. I have been playing this game since 2010, so a very long, long time. I have watched closely all the so called changes and improvements in this game done by Gamebasics over all those years. They serve only one purpose - to squeeze as much money out of players as possible. Training timers? You think this is an improvement? Tons of silly immature players actually use real money to buy Boss Coins to speed up those timers, scouts, stadiums, etc.. The whole idea of Boss Coins sevres just one purpose - get us to pay real money to buy them. Paying gives an unfair advantage over those who don't pay - stronger squads in an instant. This is supposed to ba a fair rivalry?
    If every player could do just one training per day without the possibility to speed it up with coins it could be called fair. But you can do even 5 or 10 training sessions per day with Boss Coins if you want. The same with stadums, scouts, transfers, all of it is dependent on Boss Coins - the more you have and use the better your team is.
    Don't count on any improvements you suggested. Play the game for 2-3 years and maybe your eyes will open up and you will see what this game is about. It's about the Gamebasics owners sitting comfortably in Holland in their office and counting profits gained from naive people who are stupid enough to actually pay real money for Boss Coins and Club Funds.

    i could not agree you more brother.
    it is quite the norm whereby all apps are borne to squeeze out players money, right.

    if greed is the motive, I'm sorry this gameplay will not go far.
    but if it is a mixed of earnings and solid + fair game, dev should go for the pro version. i.e. pay seasonally and get free perks at the same time earn fair play.

    Definity there are ways to make it challenging.
    i would still love CM, if only there is an online version to it

    Some are even solid ideas, but as @Facet-z-Lasu-0 said above, if you do not make proposition that will boos coins spending sadly chance are slim that you will see it.

    They are even not doing anything towards securing logo packs for some of the lowest rated leagues in Europe/World (like Gibraltar, Andora etc.) - which would be surelly free due to those leagues being so low rated in real liffe, but still we do not see any changes to existing logos for leagues - they are even getting fewer and fewer every day and I dont see purpose in having logo section on league table considering 99% of the teams are generic OSM team logos šŸ˜ž

    Same thing with these new avatars.. since the "update" with wonderfull 20 logos for milions of different managers in world the only expansion we got was during the World Cup and even then only 16 new logos were added.. same thing for crews.. thousands of active crews in the game and we have 15-20 different logos and less that 10% of flags of the world for logo.. But yea, all that does not add anything toward coins spending sadly..

    what i can say that OSM strategy on boss coins is totally flawed.
    i don't see any reason to buy those boss coins for an instant success. there is nothing to gain.
    even if i lose to those who paid for success, there is nothing to lose. there is nothing to look for. not a real trophy nor earn real cash money.
    OSM should be more creative in generating earnings from users.
    So, my advice to OSM, open your eyes and be the gamers.

    i think i would like to create a similar gameplay and run it for myself.

    ADD ON
    Spectate features. provided there is a live game from a good gaming engine.
    Manager touch is definitely missing here.
    Create special features for each player.
