Can't switch accounts

Playing OSM on mobile, same phone as my brother, he gave up on the game and deleted his account. After that I tried to play the game but it says I can't log in because my accounts been banned or deleted. There's no other way for me to play the game and I was wondering if there was anything I can do.

Explain the whole situation and provide both manager names, so we can remove account link to phone and explain how you can proceed!
