[New Reward Medals]

Add new incoming Medals to managers such as:

after match:
win against better ranked TEAM
win against team with higher goal
increase medals per goals difference in one match (1x0 receiving almost same than 6x0 seems unfair)

seasonal:
Squad value (explict)
TopScores (assist/gols)
goal difference
maybe streaks

Before the update we got more points with lowers teams at the end season..
Also we where able to watch everyones points at managers list
