we need help from osm stuff, my crew captain forgot his password and can not get a new one

Hello, my crew captain, manager Soumya D, can not log in to osm for the last 17 days because he forgot his password, he changed his mobile phone, and now he can not log into the game through the new one.
He contacted osm support and sent a few times request for the new password, and they replied he can get a new password by himself using the option -Forgot my manager name and password- but he couldn't receive the new password or reset the old one using tha option.
So, what can he do now, he is playing OSM for the last 6 years and it would not be fair if we could not come back to the game because he forgot his old password, I believe there is a solution to this situation.
Do you have some higher instances where he can send a new request for the new password, if osm support can not help him and send him a new password, or maybe some of the other osm staff can help him?

Hi we're sorry that your colleague can't login to OSM because he forgot password, but you guys already got the only answer available to you.
Account has an e-mail set and it's also linked to google, this means that user can log on Android App via google user and/or on Web version by following the request pass procedure.
We can't disclose the mail address set on the account, but in case user doesn't remember the mail he set on account, we advise him to check all mail addresses he own.
I'm sure he remembers his google account, so he can log via google to check which e-mail he has set.
If he's 100% sure about the mail and he's not getting the reset pass mail, my suggestion is that he can try the forget pass routine by switching between login and mail address.
