I want to convey my complaints, my suffering, over the failure to purchase Boss Coint. where I bought BC for Crew events throughout Indonesia CB-App, this event has been running since yesterday, but because BC failed, I couldn't buy players through talent scouts, this happened for a long time, how can I compete well if it's like This. the response and resolution from Google, which indirectly threw the problem at us, returned to report itself to Game Basic, this was very long-winded, not to mention the duration of the time difference between Indonesia and the Netherlands. it's really very sad that problems like this can be resolved in more than 1 x 24 hours.
and because of this, I find it difficult to compete with my opponents.I attach proof of scouting that I can't open because I don't have BC.
I really hope that problems like this will not recur, and I ask for compensation for this failure.

Hi there,
While it is very unfortunate that you had to wait some time, there is not much that can be done about it. Sometimes it can happen that the Bosscoins that you've paid for are not inmediately added to your account. And when you put in a request, there are various reasons that you have to wait a little bit.
One of them you said yourself: the time difference between your country and The Netherlands. Other reasons are that we are not robots that sit behind a desk 24 hours a day to inmediate respond to the requests and the fact that other users might also put in a request. And they also want to receive an answer. The requests are handled by order of submission and need to be filled out in the English language.
