How to kick someone in osm

Hello Staff,me and my friends created a league and someone has joined in,the person joined and is afk since 8 days,and we can't kick him,can you kick that user or tell us how to kick,we already tried the "Manager List" but it does't work. His user is ricardo 4_2

If you or your friends created the league then the league moderator can kick managers who are inactive for atleast 72 hours through the managerlist. If league was created by OSM then it is not possible to kick inactive managers.
