Says to activate my email

Trying to use the chat, says i need to activate my email, alright fine so far
I put my email, sends me an email, i click the email and it says "its already activated please change email"
I tried to change email to a new one, that i use, now it says ther was an error, tried to put my old email back, says i cant change back needto wait 30 days...
