Can´t negociate with certain players

Hey, I live with my brother and I´m not able to negociate with him... why does this happen??

It depends on the message you receive, but if it is about transfering players between you and your brother, then it is most likely you are going against the OSM terms. That's why you receive the message.
If it's about something else than please create a new topic with more info about the issue.
