Hello there. I have an iPhone so and tried to play but the app won’t open. The message says “something went wrong with launching OSM. Please try again later.” I’ve already tried to exclude and install the app again several times, with no luck.

I had the same problem a week ago, the only solution they give you is to send a ticket to support, which I sent a week ago and there is no answer.

@gianluca_487 I sent the ticket and got no response from them too

Hi guys,
Due to summer holidays there is a bit of a backlog on the support requests, but they are working hard to respond to every one of them. So you have to be a bit more patient.
