I just purchased a X-large Pack for 2350 coins, worth 19.99$. Written off 59.98$ - 2350 coins credited. What should I do to get my money back?

Then click on 'submit a request' then click on 'OSM'and fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to add proof of payment.
