Can't scout several players

Hey guys,
I am currently playing Borussia Dortmund and want to scout few players from the premier league, but somehow the right players never appear. I made sure that nobody else bought them and they are also not on the transfer list, but still after trying for the 3-4x time, the players (Kaoru Mitoma from Brighton FC, Diogo Dalot form ManUnited) still dont appear. This surely has to be a bug or something. Can you guys please check on it? -

The scout always shows three players, so it is difficult to get the right player as it really depends on the criteria you used for the scout. In order to really check this, we need to have screenshots from both your scout search aswell as the result.

Here I'm trying to scout Armel Bella-Kotchap, who according to your newest update is still at FC Southhampton in the second english division.
Still i can't find him.

I'm curious from which info you are referering to? Because Southampton has loaned Bella-Kotchup to PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Eredivisie. And in OSM he is also listed at the squad of PSV and not Southampton.

So you are searching in the wrong league, that's why the scout can't find him.
