Hi. I recently finished a tournament (winning the UCL final) but I didn't manage to claim the gems in the next 24h, so the slot became free and no sight of the rewards.

Are they lost forever?

Hi there,

You indeed only have a short time to claim them. If you don't they can't be claimed anymore.
