Hi, I paid for like 525 boss coins and I didn't receive them, while it did get off my bank account. This was via MBWay. Can someone help me personally here?

Hi there,

If you paid for Bosscoins from the store but didn't receive them, you will eventually be able to claim them via a claim button. This might take up to a day.
