I have been playing this game with some pauzes of weeks or months.
About 2 or 3 weeks ago i started playing again. But now i recieved an email that my account will be deleted cause i didnt play in 3 years.
Thats incorrect. Please keep it active.

Apologies for scaring you. If you haven't been inactive for three years straight, your account won't be deleted. This is an error in the messaging system. I have forwarded it to Gamebasics.

Hi there,
I've received new information: the e-mail you've received was about the deletion of your World account and not of your account on OSM NL. For some reason both accounts share the same e-mailadress.
Your World account will be deleted in less than a month! (last login: December 2020). So if you want to keep your account on the World version you will have to log in to that account.
I will re-open your topic in case you do not remember your login credentials.
