Error, my boss coins disappeared

Hello, I had approximately 4300 boss coins, I saw a player offer for 115 million + 115 million and a player of mine, however, when I clicked on the offer, it gave an error and I realized that my boss coins had disappeared and that I had a balance of 114 million.
Remembering that I only had 6 million in the club! In other words, the day before, 6 million + 3000 and a few boss coins were on offer.
When I opened it and saw that there were only 93 bosses and 115 million, I clicked to see what happened and it gave me an error and what I said above happened.
I want you to please resolve this bug and return my boss coins.Below is an image of my game the day before (yesterday) with my boss coins, it has 33 million but this morning I had bought richarlisson on the transfer list, so I was left with only 6 million

If you buy a player using the Club Funds compensation (paying extra Bosscoins because you do not have enough Club Funds on hand) and receive an error, those Bosscoins needed to pay for the player are automatically converted into Club Funds. That way you can buy the player again and have enough Club Funds available to only pay the standard Bosscoin-fee.
So those Bosscoins aren't really 'lost' and you were able to buy Richarlison with them.
Also note that if having the Club Funds on Savings isn't enough to buy a player without extra Bosscoins. You first need them to transfer to your balance.

There can't be a confirmation because there was an error. This is sort of a failsafe that converts those Bosscoins into Club Funds.
You could try contacting our customer support and explain the situation to them. They are better equiped to check everything out. They can be reached via the below link.
