    Is there any kind of accountability / complaints process for the Business Offers? The last two I’ve completed (successfully) have refused to pay out.

    Revue didn’t even give a reason, and don’t allow appeals.

    My latest one is with Fyber. Again I successfully completed the offer, sent screenshots with the validating proof, and they said ‘the advertiser was not able to validate my participation.’

    So, I contacted the advertiser (Uphold) who looked into it and said they have no official affiliation with OSM, Fyber or Digital Turbine.

    Fed this back to DT/Fyber, who just keep repeating the same thing - that my click wasn’t recorded.

    Very hard to get any kind of resolution, and it’s been weeks and multiple back and forth emails getting to this stage. Feels very fraudulent but not fully sure who is to blame.

    Honestly…if this offer isn’t paid out then I’m just going to call it a day. You shouldn’t be allowing false offers to be posted on your platform.

        @Sean-Doherty

        Hi there,

        I can understand you have some doubts about these offers. Revu uses a different kind of system, as in that it is not possible to contact them if the offer is listed as 'credited'.

        The best thing you can do right now is to contact our customer support through the below link.

        https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

        Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much information as you can and include the e-mails you received from Fyber.

        As an extra note: always contact the provider of these offers (Fyber, Revu, Tapjoy) and not the company of the app/survey you are using or filling in. Those companies have nothing to do with these offers and thus can't help you out.
