Keep dropping points

Hey everyone, I'm managing the teams with the objectives of 5-6-7-8 usually, but I play the game so actively and make lots of transfers. Now all in my 4 slots, my teams have the most squad value. In some of them the gap is huge, the second most valuable team is not even close to me. However, I don't understand why but I keep dropping points even against the computer. For example, I have a team average rating of 101 and I draw with a computer (rating 72) and it pisses me off. I play 4-3-3 A wing play, sliders 80-75-75, tackling according to the referee, and I put every player in their original position. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions? Thank you all in advance!
