- What is the error message you receive?
- And are you using the app on an iPhone/iPad or on a Android based phone or tablet?

Did you had an account on OSM prior to this one that you deactivated yourself or was locked and was connected to the same Game Center account?

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
