Suggestions Game

Good afternoon, I'd like to make several suggestions for the game (I think it would make it more exciting):

the possibility of organizing friendly matches with teams that are not in our competition.

add the national youth championships ( at list U23)

when you coach a professional club, you should be able to call up youngsters from the U23s to the first team.

if we've achieved our goals at a club, the possibility of being offered a renewal at the end of the season and continuing our work at that club (I think that, for example, a coach who moves up a division could have the opportunity to coach that club in the new division the following year).

I haven't tried playing in the English, French or Portuguese leagues yet, I don't know if that option is in the game, but if not, add the league cup in those countries.

If, after several games, we're still far from the objectives set by the board, and we're having a lot of bad results, we could be sacked

Improved scouting and credit system:
-Improved scouting system:
Introducing a deeper scouting system that allows you to target specific attributes and positions of players according to your tactical needs.
-View players from different countries and leagues to get a wider selection of talent.
-Receive detailed scouting reports with player potential and development projections.
Improved loan system:
-Enter into loan agreements with other clubs, allowing you to bring in players on a temporary basis to fill gaps in your squad or develop young talent.
-Set the terms of the loan, including guaranteed playing time, buy-out options and rent.
-Track the performance and progress of loan players, which can lead to permanent contracts. -

Friendlies against other sounds like a nice idea.

It is not the top priority but could be considered.

Call up youngsters does'nt come in to the game. Some youngsters are allready at the basic squad.

Renewal is in a Winners Cup way allready here. Other formats don't work because of the big difference of squad value.

The league cups are there allready but only with the clubs from the specefic competition , not other competitions.

Sacked would be realistic.

Scouting system is specific for OSM. You can scout every player you would like with the current information.

You can search all the players allready.

Detailed scouting reports/potential does'nt work for OSM. It is not FIFA/FM. Development is known by training and friendlies.

Loans don't work for OSM. Also loans make it easier to cheat in a game.
