Buy players from another leagues

Sorry, I could buy a player from the Premier Leauge, but I'm in Serie A. The player that I want isn't in the transfer list.
Can I buy him?

@francy_250 I think you would have to use the scout for that.

@francy_250 To buy Player from other league you will need to use scout. In options you can choose criteria and choose "premier league". Transfer list is also updated automaticaly with players (randomly) and some of them are from PL

Yes..if it's on the transfer list or by using the scout....take care the criteria you will use...
