I can´t buy players packs from my account. Im playing a German league with my friends, and all of they can buy with Champions coins the bronze, silver and gold packs, but for me, the option doesn´t even appear in the store

Hi there,

This is because these player packs are still in a testing phase. That means that it is not available to all users.
