    I downloaded the app somedays ago then logged in with my saved account then this message popped up “Something went wrong with launching OSM. Please come back later” and it kept coming everyday for 3 days.
    I decided to enter using the website and when I connected it to Facebook I found that all my old data has been deleted and it became a new account. I have been away of the game like 3 or 4 years but my data was important to me.
    First of all I hope you fix the problem of the app then tell me about the account.

      Hi there,

      If you haven't logged in to your old account for 3 years straight, then that account has been permanentely deleted. This is a necessity because of the privacy laws. Once an account has been deleted, it can't be recovered and is thus lost forever.

      As for your app issues: you will have to contact our customer support to help you out with that. You can find them via the below link.

      Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
