i can not log in the game on my ios device

I was playing this game with my Android device. Then I signed in with my IOS device but I want to play with my old profile on my IOS device therefore, I deleted my new profile with the game’s support center. Now I cannot login my old profile which is active on Android.

On you iOS device you should use the option "I forgot my managername/password" on the login page of the OSM app. You will then receive a generated password on the emailadress you have added to your OSM account. You can use that password to log in to your OSM account on your iOS device for the first time. Then you can go to the settings in the OSM app (the cogwheel) and connect your Game Center account to your OSM account.
Some notes:
- If you do not have an email set to your OSM account, you will have to do that first in the OSM app on your Android device
- You may have to first disconnect your OSM account with your Google Play account on your Android device before you are able to connect it to your Game Center account.

I tried to do what you said, but I can't log in to the application. On the first screen that opens, it says that you can no longer log in with this username and password, please contact the support team.

Then it's best to contact the customer support and give as much details and screenshots about the issue. I think that they can help you out much better then I can.
