Not receive my promo pack coins

I paid and I have been debited from my account for the purchase of 1k promo pack coins, but till now, I didn't receive any coins at all

Ugh, that's frustrating! I've had similar purchase issues before in other games. Double-check your transaction history and maybe contact customer support directly with your transaction ID. It might take a bit, but they should be able to credit your account. This reminds me of building my team in Retro Bowl ; gotta have those coins!
