Battle match time

Hello everyone.
I'm captain of one crew from balkanians countryes, and have question and suggestions for creatrors, administrators and programers of game about time of playing battles match.
We are all from CET zone, and we are have problem with teams from rest of world because time of playing our matches in battle. We strugles in top 100 because when we got some streak we got some crew form South America or East Asiam countries. Well my question is why we can't get some optimal time for playing matches for all players? We are usualy get some time in early morning time or late night time like 2 am to 5 am. At this time many of us sleaping and need to set tactics before sleep which is problem because other team can easly counter us.
In my opinion is best options try to made all battles with time of playing in window of 08:00am - 0:00 for all players in this battle.
For example:
1st team from brazil UTC - 4
2nd team from Europe UTC +1
Optimal time for playing is:
UTC - 4 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
UTC +1 6:00pm - 12:00pm
In programing i hope can set a time windows for all and improve that for all of us.
