Sudden new account...

I got a notification on my phone about a new league. I pressed it and out of nowhere I am on a new account which i cannot delete and i cannot log out of it. I lost my previous account (linked with facebook) because i am stuck on this new account. Any tips?

@jarkkijntje_NL Have you tried to force stop the app on your phone, delete all data usage and uninstall it? Then after all that make a new instal on the phone - I think that could help.

You can try the above steps mentioned by Majstor Matt. If that doesn't solve it then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. They will be able to help you out.
