question i won match prediction

I played guess and win or match prediction on osm, my guess was right but I didn't get a prize, is there a solution? a bug?

If you guess the correct result from the match of the day prediction, then you will first have to claim it through the pop-up message you get. So make sure that pop-ups are allowed on your browser or phone. If that's the case then it depends on what the prize is. Some are added to your account automaticaly (like Bosscoins), others will be stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).
I'm assuming that this was the guess from the Juventus vs AC Milan match? That was a 25% training improvement I believe, so if you have claimed the item then you need to check your inventory.

Ah oké. You should contact our customer support as they can help you out and verify if those Bosscoins were added to your account or not despite the error. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' in the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet.
