My 70 Boss Coins deleted, how can i take it back? If i contact with support, can they help me?

I wrote 70 in the title but when I checked again, I had 42 boss coins and they were deleted. It was around 19:30 yesterday and I watched an ad to earn free boss coins. When the ad ended, my 42 boss coins were deleted.
