    Hello guys,

    I did a challenge on Revu for free bosscoins and completed. ~7600 Bosscoins. REVU has credited this amount to my account, but I didn’t received my bosscoins in the game. I contacted support and they adviced to contact Revu, but I cannot contact them because I received the coins on their platform.

    Anyone that know the reason?

      Hi there,

      I'm sorry you are facing this issue. Normally it's the provider of those offers - in your case REVU - that has to verify the completion of the offer as well as handle all questions and issues OSM users face when completing those offers. However, REVU has a policy that when an offer is listed as 'credited' you can't contact them anymore about that specific offer 😞 As to why they do that, I don't know.

      If you already send in a ticket to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us then the best thing you can do is make a reply to the answer you received from them that there is no way to contact REVU as the offer is listed as 'credited'.
