I started a new league and the transfer listed players are so low rated?

will it change as the day goes on? i haven't played since 2018. i hope so because i picked a bad team hoping to upgrade it

As the league progresses the players on the list get better and better. They made it so that people who want quick upgrades have to buy packs or use scout.
