Bought Gold Pack and didn't receive anything

I bought the gold pack for 3 euros, lost the money received the pack but when i opened it it said there was an error and no pack in inventory and no players in my team

I'm sorry you had issues with the Player Back, but you will have to contact our customer support for these kind of issues. They can verify that you purchased the pack and give you a new one or give your money back. You can find our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply from them.
