Transfers in friendly battle league.

Can Tranfers be turned off in friendly battle league?

I asked a few people, some said yes, and others said no.

Friendly battle is a 'standard' league, with a special schedule. Being a 'standard' leagues, it means that users can request it and be moderators. If they can be moderators, they can enable/disable ALL options.

This includes transfers... It's up to user that requests the league to enable/disable transfers. So, this been said, transfers can be disabled!
