The Bosscoins are awarded upon claiming the achievement and can be obtained only once. If you've completed the Africa Domination before, you have already received the Bosscoins at that time.

According to the data you completed the African Boss achievement in May 2021. Rewards from achievements can only be claimed once, so you received the Bosscoins back then.
