    I didn't receive my purchase, I bought a pack 2 days ago and I still don't have the purchase.

      Hi there,

      If the pack you purchased contains Bosscoins you should be able to claim them through the career page. If the packs contains other items, like the Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Pack, then you will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).

      If that's not the case, then first double check if your payment hasn't been reversed. Some banks and creditcompanies reverse the payment if something went wrong. Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. They can verify if payment was made succesfully.

      Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply. So be patient until you receive a reply.
