my account lost and i need to recover it

i tried to log in with my account but it always say it's wrong password or manger name
i remember my manger name and password also i synced my account with my gmail which have messages from osm including my manger name
now when i log in with email it give me error message
can some one help me recover my account

Hi there,
If you haven't logged in to that account for a period of 3 years straight, then it has been deleted permanently from the database. This is in regulation with the privacy laws. It is then impossible to get that account back, so you will have to play OSM with this newly created account.
