I just installed it and it stays in the loading screen. I tried to delete it and install it again but nothing. I stayed for 10 minutes to load and still nothing.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much details as possible. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply?
