Is My Old Account Banned or Just Inaccessible? Need Help!

Hey there,
I used to be active in the game back in 2020, but I took a long break. This year, I decided to come back, but when I try to log in using the info I’m sure is correct, it tells me the username or password is wrong.
I also tried the “forgot password” option, but I never received any email to reset it.
Can you please help me get my account back? Also, is there any way to know if my account was banned or maybe just wasn’t linked to an email?

Hi, sadly the OSM and Miniclip have a GDPR policy where they must delete an account in case of longer inactivity (not sure whats the period, something like 2 or 3 years without log in = account deletion). So my guess is that is the reason why you cannot access the account.

The most likely scenario is that your old account has been permanently removed from the OSM database. This will happen to all accounts that are inactive for a period of 3 years straight and needs to be done because of the privacy laws (GDPR). In that case you will have to play OSM with this new account that you created.
If you still remember your old managername, then you can contact our customer service to be sure if that's the case. You can find our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Provide as much details about your old account as you can. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
