Have you already looked in your inventory? This is the blue-yellow OSM bag. That's were items like the Player Pack, Club Funds and Training Progression are being stored.
If you don't find it there, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify if payment went through. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
