Can't leave ads and thus I have no reward

For a days now I've been having an issue where I press to watch an ad for rewards, the ad plays and when it reaches the end I can't press the x and I have to press the phone "go back" button, when I do that I don't receive the reward. I think this happens to a specific type of ad (as in the same provider). Could you help me out?

The pop-up for the ad should automaticaly close a few seconds after the ad is finished.
